Returns of Unused Products

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are in their original condition.

Opened Products and Sensitivities

Because our products are personal-care items, opened or used products normally cannot be returned. However, we understand that everyone's skin is different. If you experience an unexpected sensitivity or reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use and contact us within 14 days. We'll work with you individually to find a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please review product ingredients before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. A reaction or sensitivity does not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and we'll make it right. We may ask for a photo so we can understand what happened.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the problem was our responsibility.

Return Abuse

We reserve the right to limit returns or refunds in cases of repeated or suspected abuse.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided by applicable law.
