Shipping Policy

Fainting Goat Soap is a small family business, and we prepare and pack our orders with care in Pahrump, Nevada.

Shipping Schedule

Our regular shipping day is Tuesday. To be included in the upcoming Tuesday shipment, orders must be completed by 6:00 PM Pacific Time on Saturday.

Orders placed after the Saturday 6:00 PM cutoff will generally ship the Tuesday of the following week.

During holidays, unusually high order volume, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to let you know.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and begin after the carrier receives your package. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit times may be outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can help make it right. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and let us know so we can help where reasonably possible.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Fainting Goat Soap shop at 301 Oxbow Ave, Suite 14, Pahrump, Nevada 89048 when offered at checkout. Please wait until your order is ready before coming to pick it up.
